EAST NORRITON ? The Better Living Expo is returning to Presidential Caterers on Tuesday, Oct. 19, and if last year?s extravaganza is any indication, the crowds will be waiting to storm the doors well before the 10 a.m. opening.

A 58-year-old Boca Raton woman has pleaded guilty to accepting nearly $40,000 in kickbacks from a caterer who then received federal money to provide meals to low-income children at day care centers.
